Services are provided on an engagement basis. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any specific engagement will be communicated and agreed with you separately, whether by email, a formal quote, or another written confirmation, before work commences. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services or pricing; the website describes what we do, not a specific quote.
To enable us to complete your engagement accurately and on time, you agree to:
Delays or inaccuracies in the information or documents you provide may affect our ability to complete work on time. We are not responsible for delays, penalties, or rejected filings arising from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by you.
Fees for our services are communicated to you in writing before an engagement begins, either as a fixed fee for a single filing or as a recurring fee for ongoing engagements, as agreed with you. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an advance payment is required before work commences, with the balance due on completion. Payments can be made by bank transfer or any other method we confirm with you at the time of engagement.
Government fees, stamp duty, and other statutory charges payable to government authorities are separate from our service fees, and are payable by you in addition to our fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If a payment is delayed beyond the agreed schedule, we may pause further work on your engagement until payment is received. Fees already paid for work that has been completed are non-refundable; fees paid in advance for work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion, less any costs already incurred.
We take care to complete filings and registrations accurately and on time. However, outcomes that depend on third parties, including government departments, banks, and regulatory bodies, are outside our control. We cannot guarantee approval timelines, approval outcomes, or processing speed where these rest with a government authority or other third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyapari Desk's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We treat the business, financial, and personal information you share with us as confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to complete your engagement, as required by law, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Either party may end an engagement by providing at least 15 days' written notice to the other, unless a different notice period has been agreed in writing for a specific engagement. Fees for work already completed, and any government fees already paid on your behalf, remain payable at the time of termination.
The content on this website, including text, design, and graphics, is owned by Vyapari Desk unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. This does not affect your ownership of your own business documents and records, which remain yours at all times.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. If it cannot be resolved this way, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
